Congratulations to WPOW members Evelyn Hockstein, Carol Guzy, and Melina Mara, who were honored by the White House News Photographers Association in their 2023 ‘Eyes of History’ Contest. To see the full list of recipients and their work, click here.

Carol Guzy was honored as the 2023 Still Photographer of the Year, for her work in Ukraine for Zuma Press and NPR.

Evelyn Hockstein, Senior Staff Photographer at Reuters and former WPOW President, was awarded in the following categories: On Capitol Hill, Feature, Picture Story/Sports, and overall Portfolio.
