  • Attendees will receive their reviewer matches the morning of the event at check-in. Schedules will not be released prior to the event.

  • Anyone! The Women Photojournalists of Washington Portfolio Review is an inclusive and welcoming event. Attendees and reviewers from all gender identities, ethnic, religious, and racial backgrounds are welcome!

  • Yes, the work can be submitted in advance and discussed at the event. Please see the application for more information.

  • Reviewer and attendee pairing is based on interest and expertise. In order for you to have the best possible feedback and experience, please be thorough when completing your attendee form.

  • Each participant will receive three reviews.

  • Yes! We have a limited amount of tickets and based on previous years, we anticipate the event will sell out. Get yours now!

  • Extra slots will be sold (if available) approximately two weeks in advance of the review.

  • Yes! Please apply for scholarships here

  • This schedule will be updated closer to the event, but will remain close to this.

  • Yes! All ticket holders are welcome to bring Canon, Nikon or Sony gear in to be cleaned. This will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

  • You can email us to volunteer at the event if you are a WPOW member or a student at the Corcoran. Volunteers have a private lunch with reviewers and can enjoy the closing reception.

  • We will not be issuing refunds to this event, but we have ticket donation options available. Please email us up to two weeks before the review. Due to the nature of the preparation needed for the video review slots, we will not be able to donate video review slots.

  • Yes, please stay for the closing reception. Volunteers will also have a private lunch with reviewers.

  • Yes! And you will have the chance to win a professional Canon camera kit! The fundraiser is HERE. Please participate and support WPOW!

  • Yes, you can purchase a ticket to the closing party for $35.00, including food and drink. You can pre-purchase tickets here until the day of the event! Tickets will also be sold at the door.

  • No, but please free to wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. If you are feeling sick, please stay home.
